As a Digital Marketing Content & Campaign Manager you will play a key part in building a holistic and consistent Content Management strategy across the entire customer lifecycle.

In this role you will be based in Gothenburg but work globally. The position suits you who thrives in an international environment where own initiatives are appreciated and you will get the possibility to influence your work.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Ascom is that all questions regarding the position are handled by Academic Work.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by Ascom.

As a Digital Marketing Content & Campaign Manager you will identify and track key metrics and leverage data in order to make strategic decisions. You will maximize the value of Ascom’s content and optimize business processes. Together with your team, you will share best practices across the organization in order to increase customer comprehension and product adoption.

For example, you will;
* Engage and activate international networks, proposing a set of various trainings to help them become Ambassador of the brand.
* Promote business-to-business (B2B) product innovations.
* Drive innovation and experimentation in leading edge content formats, information architecture and rich media.
* Develop and manage a holistic and consistent Content Management strategy.
You will drive the development of a digital content strategy across multiple Ascom products ensuring CVI and brand guideline standards are followed.

We are looking for you who has;
* More than 5 years of experience within B2B Digital Marketing.
* Strong experience working with Adobe tools, platforms and Microsoft office
* Demonstrated skills in analytics and strategic planning
* Excellent oral and written communication in English.

It will be considered an additional qualification if you;
* Have strong project management skills.
