Do you want to take the next step from first- or second line support? Are you curious to coach and lead people?
What will you do?
As a team leader for first line support, you will lead a team of 50 people. You will support and assist them in the day-to-day work on various matters that come in. It is therefore important to have good communication skills and we would love to see that you have worked in support yourself in order to convey your knowledge to the team. Some trips to Sweden may occur to understand the customer and to be able to provide a personal delivery to the customer.
The purpose of this assignment is to increase the basic knowledge of IT related problems in the service desk.
Furthermore you will:
Educate and coach the staff in the first line support
Produce documents and materials to raise the level of knowledge.

Who are we looking for?
2 years of experience in IT and Microsoft.
Experience in troubleshooting and support.
Good knowledge of Office / Microsoft 365.
Good knowledge of Windows 10
Account and user management in Active Directory.
Good knowledge in Polish and English.

Certifications within Microsoft 365, Office 365, ITIL or similar but of course we can help you along the way.
