Designer

Teamtailor makes recruitment software. We're hiring one product designer to work on site at our Stockholm office. You'll work in six-week Shape Up cycles, paired with a developer, and own the design of each project from research to shipped code. Requirements University degree (bachelor's or higher) in design, interaction design or psychology Professional experience as a product designer at a software company Experience building or rebuilding design system components to WCAG 2.1 AA Experience prototyping in working HTML/CSS with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor Experience with Figma, including design tokens and Figma MCP Experience planning and running user research and usability tests Fluent English Able to work on site at our Stockholm office Apply with a link to your portfolio.
