Carotte Staff is currently recruiting Service Managers on behalf of Epicenter for their latest venture, brand new Elements, in the MOOD district in Stockholm.About Elements
Elements is a new and dynamic hub for businesses in the heart of Stockholm, a collaboration between AMF and founders of Epicenter. As a Service Manager at Elements, you will have a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating magical moments for members and guests, as well as spreading the vision and mission of Elements and Epicenter. The Service desk provides services for the entire office building and is the heart of the community at Elements. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of both the service and range of services to facilitate great workdays.Along with your team you will work closely to provide that extra magic for members and guests. By interacting with members and ensuring that their wishes and needs are provided for, no matter how big or small the request, you make sure their stay is always a positive one. A warm and heartful welcome is always to be expected.As a Service Manager your day will be diverse and fulfilling. Every day will look different, but some of your main tasks will include:
Ensuring a world-class service desk and concierge service for both members and guests, for the entire property on behalf of AMF Fastigheter.
Support members with any issues that may arise during their stay and develop strong relationships with them.
Handle daily operational tasks and maintain regular contact with vendors and partners.
Assisting with conference services, events, and technical inquiries.
Conduct tours of the premises to potential customers and introducing new members.
Actively participate in the planning and execution of various events and activities organized at Elements.
Fluent in swedish and/or english
