Linux System Administrator

APPLICATION SHOULD HAVE SWEDISH CITIZENSHIP AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN SWEDISH.

We are looking for an experienced Linux System Administrator / Linux Specialist to join an infrastructure and operations team in Järfälla. The role focuses on Linux server administration, automation, patching, lifecycle management, virtualisation, security, monitoring and troubleshooting in a large IT environment. Key Responsibilities: Administer and monitor Linux servers Manage patching and security updates Handle server and operating system lifecycle management Automate installation and configuration using Ansible Administer virtualisation platforms and virtual servers Manage users, groups, permissions and access controls Troubleshoot incidents and infrastructure issues Support upgrades and infrastructure projects Ensure security and best-practice compliance Maintain technical documentation

Required Skills: Strong experience with Linux administration Hands-on Ansible experience VMware, Hyper-V or similar virtualisation Patch management and security updates Server/OS lifecycle management User and permission management Monitoring, logging and troubleshooting Good understanding of networking, security and server infrastructure

Nice to Have: Red Hat Enterprise Linux / Ubuntu Server Bash / Python Docker / Kubernetes ITIL Backup, recovery and disaster recovery
