Job description:Delivering high-quality project documentation and digital workflowsAre you interested in leading a team that produces high-quality project documentation and supports important HV cable projects shaping the green energy transition? As Manager of Document Control, you will play a central role in sustaining and improving NKT’s project execution by developing processes, tools and systems that secure high-quality documentation across tenders and projects.

You will be the trusted partner for project and tender teams, ensuring compliance, structure and efficiency in all documentation workflows. 

 

Advance NKT’s project documentation excellenceIn this role, you will be responsible for NKT’s document management function across projects and tenders. You will ensure efficient processes, high-quality standards and compliance throughout the documentation lifecycle, while acting as the key contact for documentation-related matters.

You will lead an international team of Document Control specialists, ensuring optimal resource allocation and close collaboration with our project teams. 

You will also:•    Develop and maintain documentation structures, workflows and metadata standards.•    Support our tender teams with document control requirements and documentation.•    Coordinate reviews, audits, milestones and final documentation deliveries.•    Drive process improvements, digitalization initiatives and automation opportunities.

 

You will report to Head of Project Excellence. The position is based in Karlskrona, with occasional travel to Transmission offices, project sites or external partners.

Key qualifications•    Experience leading teams within document management, administration or similar functions.•    Solid understanding of documentation standards, workflows and contract-related requirements.•    Proficiency with Enterprise document management systems, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and Teams. Experience with M-Files is considered an advantage.•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field  •    Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.•    Interest in digitalization, AI, automation and process improvement.
