Software Engineering Team Leader

We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Leader to guide a skilled engineering team in delivering scalable, high-performing digital solutions. In this role, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership, shaping architecture, driving modern cloud-based delivery, and supporting the team in building reliable e-commerce platforms that create measurable business impact.

Requirements: · 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering; · Extensive hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservice Architecture, and Commercetools platform development, driving e-commerce solutions. · Advanced proficiency in CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and cloud platforms, enabling robust and scalable software delivery. · Proven ability in leading digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on modernizing systems and driving business impact. · Demonstrated skills in team leadership, people management, and fostering effective communication and collaboration within engineering teams. · Deep understanding and practical application of Scrum, Kanban, and Software Engineering Processes to optimize development workflows. Responsibilities: · Lead the project’s design and implementation, covering everything from infrastructure and architecture to UX and operations; · Drive the team in a complex technical environment; · Examine the business context of the solution and evaluate the technical approaches for their impact on operational processes; · Design and optimize data processing, migration and ingest workflows; · Develop and maintain a highly available and multi-region solution targeting four nines availability; · Ensure performance optimizations throughout the project lifecycle; · Collaborate with backend engineers, AQAs and performance QA teams to deliver high-quality resolutions; · Participate in architecture discussions and make decisions on low-level design; · Mentor and guide teams Öppen för alla Vi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar.
