Role Description: The Customer Service Specialist is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a crucial role in shaping their experience with us. This role demands precision, efficiency, and a positive demeanor to ensure customers feel valued and inclined to return. Responsibilities: Daily interaction with our customers over the phone

Address customer concerns and requests across all communication channels

To provide accurate and insightful guidance to customers

Provide a detailed information about our products and services

Process customer orders and fulfill requests

Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional

Requirements: Passion to customer service

1+ year of experience in a similar customer service role or related field

Proficiency in both English and Swedish languages is essential for communication with foreign customers

Attention to details and solid problem-solving ability

Empathy and active listening skills

Good computer skills

Legal right to work and reside in Latvia

Will be considered an advantage: Experience or knowledge in automotive

Basic understanding or profiency of Zendesk
