Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Control System Development Engineer What You Will Work On Develop and maintain control system software for medium gas turbine products Engineer and configure SIMATIC SPPA-T3000 and PCS 7 control systems Design and implement: Control logic Sequences Interlocks HMI/Operator Station displays Alarm management Reporting functions Deliver technical solutions within development projects Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional engineering teams Integrate field instrumentation and third-party subsystems Configure industrial communication protocols, including: Profibus Profinet Modbus TCP OPC Perform configuration management, version control, and rigorous system testing Apply industry standards for safety, quality, and cybersecurity Improve engineering processes and ways of working Support knowledge sharing and continuous technical development within the team
What You Bring Extensive experience in industrial automation and control systems engineering Strong expertise in: SIMATIC SPPA-T3000 Siemens PCS 7 Experience developing industrial control system software Strong understanding of automation and process control systems Ability to read and interpret: P&IDs Wiring diagrams Loop sheets Instrument datasheets Experience with industrial communication protocols Experience with configuration management and software version control Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills in English Experience working in international engineering environments Ability to work onsite at least three days per week in Finspång
