🎯 Job Responsibilities
• Provide customer support via chat and email
• Support stores over the phone
🧠 What We're Looking For
• Good computer skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Motivation, dynamism, and a proactive attitude
• Previous experience in a contact center is an advantage
• Native or fluent Norwegian language skills (mandatory)
• Good command of English (preferred)
