We’re one of the world’s oldest start-ups — and we’re just getting started. At Husqvarna Group, innovation is in our DNA. With over 330 years of heritage and a passion for pioneering technology, we design and deliver world-class products and solutions for forest, park, garden and construction care. From robotic lawn mowers to cutting-edge chainsaws and sustainable battery systems, we’re shaping the future — and we want you to be part of it. For the planning function supporting the Huskvarna Chain & Bars Factory, we are looking for a Planner with a focus on material planning. You will join a collaborative planning team that works closely across material and production planning. The team shares challenges, combines different areas of expertise and supports the daily flow of components and materials into the factories. You will report to Planning Manager. About the role: As a Planner, you will be the main point of contact for suppliers and coordinate incoming components and materials based on rolling 12-month delivery plans. Together with production planners and other key stakeholders, you will help secure reliable material flows while contributing to longer-term improvements. A key part of the role is working with data and systems. You will use data from JD Edwards and Power BI to create and present clear planning and decision support for the factory and other stakeholders. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of planning processes and system support as the organisation moves from manual ways of working towards JDE and complementary systems. About you: You are analytical, structured and curious, with the drive to take ownership of your area. You enjoy combining operational coordination with the longer-term development of processes and systems. You communicate clearly, build productive supplier relationships and collaborate well across functions. You are also comfortable asking challenging questions, following up and continuing the dialogue when an issue needs to be resolved. Your skills and background: A university degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering and management, or another relevant field, or equivalent competence built through several years of relevant work experience. A good understanding of logistics, material and production flows. Ability to analyse data and create clear decision support in Power BI. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Experience in material planning, production planning or a related role in manufacturing is an advantage. Experience with JD Edwards or another ERP or MRP environment is an advantage. Experience from a flow-based or otherwise complex planning environment is an advantage.
Location This position will be based in Huskvarna, Sweden. We believe in a dynamic, energized workplace and day-to-day collaboration, and we meet in the office at least 4 days a week (80%). Your application: Please submit your application in English as soon as possible as we will review applications on an ongoing basis. We do not accept applications via e-mail due to GDPR regulations.
