About the Role

You will join a cross-functional CRM product team that develops and evolves a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales platform in an international automotive environment. This is a hands-on role where you help shape how the platform is built, customized, integrated, and maintained across a complex technical landscape.

You will work closely with architects, developers, testers, integration specialists, and product stakeholders in an agile setup. The role suits you if you enjoy combining deep Dynamics expertise with modern Azure-based development and a strong focus on technical quality. It is an exciting opportunity to influence a business-critical CRM platform with both breadth and technical depth.

Job DescriptionYou will develop and maintain solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales.

You will build and improve customizations, plugins, workflows, and business rules.

You will develop integrations and collaborate with adjacent teams to ensure stable, scalable solutions.

You will work hands-on with .NET, C#, JavaScript and/or TypeScript in daily development.

You will use Azure services such as Function Apps, Service Bus, and Storage Accounts as part of the platform landscape.

You will contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines in an agile product team.

You will help drive high-quality delivery together with the team in a collaborative international environment.

Requirements8+ years of experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

Experience with Dynamics 365 CE Sales

Strong experience with customizations, plugins, workflows, and business rules

Strong technical skills in .NET, C#, and JavaScript and/or TypeScript

Experience with Azure services such as Function Apps, Service Bus, and Storage Accounts

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

You are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with others in an international agile team

You have a hands-on and quality-focused way of working

Nice to haveExperience with integration development

Knowledge of Kafka, Snowflake, Confluent Cloud, MS SQL, and WSO2

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
