We are looking for... …a person that is motivated by working in a dynamic and international environment and have an easy time learning new tasks. In your role Analytics Manager it is also important that you have strong communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation. The role requires both business skills to manage and understand projects, together with technical coding skills to deliver it.

As Analytics Manager you will… …expand our analytics capability, and we are looking for someone to shape it. You will join the pricing and analytics team, and your first months will be spent close to the business: working on pricing, learning our creditor protection portfolio, our partners and our economics. From there, you will take ownership of the analytics agenda: setting priorities, developing our data and reporting foundations, and delivering the use cases. As the capability grows, the role is intended to develop into ownership of analytics at company level. You will work across pricing, commercial and operations, and your work will reach the Executive Committee.

Our wishes: - Education: Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related quantitative field. - Experience: Several years in analytics or data science, experience in insurance or financial services is a plus. - Technical skills: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with practical experience applying Generalized Linear Models (GLMs). Experience applying machine learning algorithms (e.g. XGBoost, random forests, clustering) to drive predictive insights is a strong plus. - Execution: a Hands-on mindset with the ability to both design the approach and build end-to-end analytical solutions. - Prioritization: Judgement about which questions are worth answering, and the discipline to explain when an initiative should not proceed. - Communication: Ability to explain analytical work to non-technical decision-makers, in writing and during meetings. - Scaling: Experience building analytics capability in a growing organisation is a strong plus. - Language: Fluent English required; Swedish is an advantage. - Location: Gothenburg is preferred, Stockholm is also possible.
