BMC Remedy / Helix Administrator – ITSM Consultant

Are you an experienced BMC Remedy or BMC Helix Administrator with a passion for IT Service Management? We are currently looking for a skilled consultant to join an exciting assignment at one of our clients, an established company in the telecommunications industry, based in Stockholm.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the daily administration, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a business-critical ITSM platform. You will ensure system stability, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external support partners to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Arbetsuppgifter

• Manage the daily administration, operation, maintenance, and support of BMC Remedy/Helix. • Troubleshoot technical issues, manage incidents, and follow up on system-related problems. • Configure and customize workflows, forms, fields, permissions, and notifications. • Implement platform changes and improvements. • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations. • Coordinate and collaborate with external support and operations partners. • Test and verify changes before deployment to production. • Document technical solutions, configurations, and operational procedures.

Din profil

We are looking for a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented professional with strong hands-on experience in BMC Remedy or BMC Helix. You enjoy troubleshooting, improving systems, and collaborating with stakeholders. Most importantly, you have practical experience operating and maintaining the platform and can take ownership of technical challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• At least two years of hands-on experience administering and configuring BMC Remedy or BMC Helix, preferably three years or more. • Good understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. • Experience troubleshooting and supporting business-critical systems. • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations. • Experience collaborating with external vendors and support organizations. • Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ITIL-based processes and practices. • Experience integrating BMC Remedy/Helix with other systems. • Experience working in large-scale ITSM environments with multiple users and stakeholders. • Good communication skills in Swedish.

Employment Type: Permanent employment with Maxitech from day one or a subcontractor arrangement. Location: Stockholm, Sweden – Hybrid, with up to 25% remote work. Assignment Duration: Initial six-month period, with the possibility of extension. Long-term assignment.
