Join Windy in Västervik building exclusive boats! Seeking craftsmen in fiberglass, carpentry, electrical & mechanics. Full-time with housing available.

Windy Scandinavia, a well-known brand in the boat industry, develops and manufactures exclusive boats that are becoming larger and more technically advanced. The boat models range from 26 to 77 feet. Eterni is now looking for craftsmen to strengthen Windys production team in Västervik.

CURRENT JOB ROLES Plastic Processing & Lamination: You work with everything from hand lay-up and injection to mold work and sanding. Assembly & Carpentry: You assemble interiors, custom-fit wooden parts, decks, and equipment with high precision. Marine Electronics & Electrical Installation: You install wiring, electrical systems, navigation equipment, and advanced control systems. Mechanics & Engine Installation: You install engines, drivetrains, hydraulics, and plumbing systems. Surface Treatment & Finish/Polish: You ensure that gelcoat, paint, and surfaces are absolutely world-class before delivery.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for both those of you who have experience in boat building or alternatively have professional skills that are applicable within boat construction. To succeed in your role, it is important that you: Have high craftsmanship skills and are good with tools. Are used to working with high demands for precision. Are humble and are happy to lend a helping hand to others in the company. Understand and can read and work based on drawings and instructions. Swedish or English language is required, both spoken and written.

ABOUT THE POSITION The job as a craftsman is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni and work with Windy Scandinavia. See the website windyboats.com. Accommodation is available in Västervik. Availability to work two shifts is a requirement.
