Senior .NET & Go Developer

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced System/Backend Engineer to help develop the high-performance core architecture behind a connected car ecosystem. You will join a diverse, cross-functional team working in agile sprints, contributing to the critical backend systems, integrations, and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers that connect mobile applications with vehicle telemetry. The job includes hands-on coding, building robust new features, and driving the architecture forward in a high-traffic cloud environment.

Requirements:

+5 years of professional experience in backend software development with a strong focus on C# and .NET/.NET Core.

Proven experience or a strong, practical interest in developing performance-critical services using Go (Golang).

Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and secure API design (REST/GraphQL).

Experience with modern cloud-native workflows, containerization, and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written (Swedish is a major plus).

Highly prioritized: Currently residing in Sweden with a valid, pre-existing Swedish work permit and available for a quick onboarding/short notice period.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and setting up automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

Experience with message brokers/queues (like Kafka or RabbitMQ) and relational databases.

Knowledge of software development automation and tools like Jira and Git.

Location: On-site in Gothenburg, Sweden. Please note that this specific assignment requires being 100% on-site at the customer's office every day of the workweek; remote work is not available.
