This is a senior business technology leadership role with the opportunity to shape the Finance domain and its ways of working across TRATON Financial Services. You will act as the overall contact for Finance Operations, Financial Reporting and Treasury, providing a clear front door between Finance and IT. Working globally and cross-functionally, you will partner with functional sponsors, process owners, market representatives, technical product leadership, delivery teams and service providers. In this position, you will report to the Head of Business Solutions and lead the coordinated Business Solution Owner agenda for the Finance domain. The role is accountable for creating an integrated view of business needs, priorities, roadmaps and value across the domain, while enabling supporting BSOs and cross-functional teams to operate with clarity and autonomy. Lead the Finance domain and business partnership

Act as the trusted business technology partner and primary point of contact for the Finance functional sponsor and leadership team across Finance Operations, Financial Reporting and Treasury. Build a deep understanding of Finance strategy, business outcomes, processes, pain points, regulatory obligations and future capability needs. Shape and lead the Finance domain community together with supporting BSOs, heads of function, process owners and market stakeholders. Provide an end-to-end view across the domain, connecting operational processes, reporting, treasury, data, applications, service operations and change initiatives.

Own the domain roadmap, demand and prioritisation

Own and maintain the integrated Finance capability roadmap and demand pipeline, ensuring transparency of priorities, dependencies, investment and expected value. Translate business needs and opportunities into clear outcomes, requirements and prioritised initiatives for technical product and delivery teams. Balance strategic transformation, regulatory and control requirements, operational improvements, technical debt and local market needs. Manage the domain backlog and facilitate prioritisation with functional sponsors and governance forums based on business value, risk, cost, feasibility and strategic alignment. Identify capability gaps, duplication and opportunities for process harmonisation, automation and adoption of common solutions across brands and markets.

Who You Are

You are an experienced business technology leader who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution. You are comfortable operating across complex global and matrixed organisations, creating clarity where ownership and priorities are fragmented. You build confidence with senior Finance stakeholders, understand and translate business needs into actionable technology demand and mobilise diverse teams around shared outcomes.

You also have:

Proven leadership and influencing skills, with experience aligning senior stakeholders and leading change across organisational boundaries. Strong understanding of Finance processes and digital solutions, ideally spanning Finance Operations, Financial Reporting and Treasury within financial services or another regulated environment. Experience owning or shaping capability roadmaps, demand pipelines, backlogs, business cases and value-realisation measures. Ability to translate business strategy, process requirements and control needs into clear outcomes for technology and delivery teams. Experience working across multiple markets, brands or business units and balancing common standards with local requirements. Confidence leading virtual, cross-functional teams and working with outsourced solutions, vendors and service providers. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust and present complex topics clearly to executive and operational audiences. A pragmatic, collaborative and outcome-oriented approach, with high ownership and adaptability to change. Fluency in English.
