About the Role

You will join an end-to-end architecture team at a global company in the commercial vehicle sector, where two major ERP initiatives are transforming both the industrial and commercial landscape. The focus of this role is Order-to-Cash and Order-to-Delivery, where you will help secure end-to-end consistency across processes, architecture, and delivery.

You will work closely with stakeholders across large programs and support alignment between business goals, global process design, and target architecture. The environment is complex, international, and closely connected to business-critical sales, delivery, and invoicing flows. This is a strong opportunity to influence global ERP design in a setting where your architectural decisions will have clear business impact.

Job DescriptionYou will represent and safeguard the O2C and O2D process areas from both a business and architecture perspective.

You will guide design decisions so they support business objectives, target architecture, efficiency, scalability, and industry best practices.

You will act as a hands-on partner to realization leads, helping move delivery forward with pragmatic and result-oriented solutions.

You will support Process Developers in establishing, documenting, and governing global processes and templates.

You will facilitate change management and handle change requests related to O2C within the ERP program landscape.

You will collaborate with cross-program process streams and the Service Integrator to secure smooth end-to-end integration.

You will identify and communicate business impact when processes need to be aligned with industry standards.

RequirementsUniversity degree, preferably in Computer Science.

8+ years of documented experience relevant to the role.

Documented experience within the Order-to-Delivery domain in a manufacturing environment.

Solid understanding of sales, delivery, and invoicing processes.

Significant experience working as a Business Architect in complex and global environments.

Documented ERP experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools, where ARIS is currently used.

Fluent English, written and spoken.

You are pragmatic, results-oriented, and comfortable working closely with stakeholders across functions.

Nice to haveExperience from the automotive industry.

Experience from multiple ERP implementation projects.
