About the Role

You will step into a business-facing role where Supply Chain and IT come together. Here, you will help shape how Supply Planning should work in practice and turn business needs into scalable solution designs across Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse and the surrounding system landscape.

This role suits you if you enjoy seeing the full picture: processes, users, data, integrations and system dependencies. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external consultants, making sure solutions are practical for end users and robust from an end-to-end perspective. It is an interesting opportunity to influence both solution direction and the continued evolution of a critical planning platform.

Job DescriptionYou will translate Supply Planning processes and business needs into functional solution designs, process flows and system requirements.

You will support the continued development of Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, with a focus on Supply Planning capabilities.

You will assess how changes affect processes, users, data, integrations, ERP and connected systems.

You will evaluate solution options together with business stakeholders, IT and external Kinaxis consultants.

You will challenge and refine solution designs to ensure they work from both a business and system perspective.

You will contribute to planning system roadmaps, enhancements and broader transformation initiatives.

You will support testing, validation, implementation and business adoption of new or updated solutions.

RequirementsStrong experience in Supply Planning and adjacent Supply Chain processes from a business perspective.

Practical experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, specifically exposure to Supply Planning solutions.

Experience translating business requirements and processes into functional system solutions.

Good understanding of planning systems, ERP, integrations and data flows.

Experience working between Supply Chain or business functions and IT.

Ability to discuss, challenge and collaborate around solution designs with IT teams, vendors and implementation consultants.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.

Nice to haveExperience with Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP, S&OE or IBP.

Experience from a Kinaxis implementation or a major enhancement initiative.

Experience with ERP integration to planning platforms.

Experience as a Business Process Owner or Product Owner.

Experience with agile delivery, backlog management or roadmap management.

Experience from global Supply Chain or Operations environments.
