Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Accessibility Expert to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On
Perform accessibility reviews of key digital services according to WCAG and relevant legislation
Identify accessibility issues and recommend practical, scalable solutions
Develop and present structured action plans to stakeholders
Lead and participate in workshops and briefings with business teams, product owners, accessibility specialists, and external IT suppliers
Provide guidance and support during remediation and follow-up reviews
Update and maintain accessibility documentation and compliance reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote accessibility best practices
Contribute to continuous improvement within accessibility processes and methodologies
What You Bring
Proven experience in accessibility evaluation of digital services
Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 and European/Swedish accessibility legislation (or equivalent)
Experience using accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies
Ability to translate accessibility findings into clear technical and functional recommendations
Strong communication skills with experience engaging diverse stakeholders
Ability to lead workshops and provide hands-on accessibility guidance
Experience writing accessibility reports and action plans
Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and advisory skills
