Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Intune Specialist to support, enhance, and manage modern workplace environments for both internal operations and customer infrastructure. The selected professional will play a key role in the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Intune environments while ensuring secure and efficient endpoint management.
The position requires hands-on expertise in Windows workplace management, device administration, application deployment, and modern endpoint security practices. The specialist will also contribute to future workplace strategies by evaluating emerging technologies and implementing scalable endpoint management solutions.
This assignment is fully onsite in Gothenburg.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, monitor, and resolve support incidents and service requests related to endpoint management
Provide technical support for client installations, workstation environments, and associated IT hardware
Handle packaging, deployment, and maintenance of applications, operating systems, and updates across client devices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues connected to device management and endpoint services
Develop and maintain security policies, operational procedures, and governance standards for the client environment
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure stable integration and operational efficiency
Design and maintain management frameworks, operational plans, and workplace procedures
Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities for IT teams and business users
Evaluate newly released technologies and features to identify improvements beneficial to customer environments
Support 1st and 2nd line teams with advanced troubleshooting guidance related to Intune and endpoint management
Provide expertise and mentoring to 3rd line support teams within the Intune domain
Coordinate with change management, release management, and problem management processes
Engage closely with end users and stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business requirements

Required Experience
Strong professional experience working with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Microsoft Intune
Proven expertise in managing mobile devices and Windows-based endpoints through Intune
Experience handling multi-tenant environments
Hands-on knowledge of migrations from SCCM and Jamf to Intune
Solid background in application lifecycle and deployment management
Experience supporting widely used enterprise software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and endpoint hardware support
Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL processes
Experience working with tools such as Jira and Azure Boards
Strong organizational, documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities
