What you will do
As a Senior Designer, you`ll be pivotal in shaping engaging user experiences that drive customer acquisition and app engagement through innovative incentive offerings.
Who you are
5+ years of experience in product design
Proven experience designing across mobile and web platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and research methodologies.
Strong proficiency with Figma and a clear approach to working with design systems.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align design work with product and business strategy.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills within diverse, global teams.
Demonstrated ability to incorporate feedback loops and usability insights into design work.
Awesome to have
Experience working on consumer apps in the shopping, e-commerce, or fintech space.
Experience in designing for incentives, rewards, or affiliate-based consumer products.
Familiarity with global market design nuances (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific).
Background in A/B testing or iterative experimentation in product design.
Comfort with data-driven design and working with product analytics tools.
