Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Functional Lead
What You Will Work On
Lead Supplier Quality initiatives at Group level
Drive transformation from reactive to proactive quality management
Harmonize processes and ways of working across business areas
Define and implement KPI frameworks for decision-making and prioritization
Improve data quality, usability, and reporting capabilities
Enable root cause analysis and cost transparency
Reduce manual work and improve efficiency in tools and workflows
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
Identify and implement best practices across the organization
Establish governance structures and follow-up mechanisms
What You Bring
Extensive experience in Supplier Quality within large and complex organizations (e.g., defense, aerospace, automotive, industrial)
Proven track record of driving transformation and improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of supplier quality processes (APQP, PPAP, FAI, NCR, root cause analysis)
Experience working across R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing interfaces
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix organizations
Structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented mindset
Fluent in English and Swedish
Swedish citizenship (required for security clearance)
