Are you an experienced transformation consultant with a strong foundation in data, analytics and AI—someone who naturally drives work forward and brings clarity to complexity? At Norrin, we focus on the “’why’ before we shape the ‘how’”, and we are now looking for a proactive consultant who wants to play a central role in strengthening our advisory presence in Sweden.

The Role
As a Senior Transformation Consultant, you will work with clients to build structured, long‑term capabilities within data, AI and governance. This is a hands‑on advisory role that combines analytical depth with stakeholder engagement and requires a proactive approach to shaping direction, clarifying priorities and moving work forward.
You will have a key role in helping clients understand what they need, why it matters and how they can achieve it. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of Norrin’s Swedish advisory practice, taking ownership in a growing environment with significant possibilities for impact.
You will take responsibility for delivering high‑quality advisory work and driving progress in complex client environments. Typical tasks include:
Leading or owning workstreams within data, analytics and AI transformation initiatives
Structuring complex information into clear analyses, models and actionable recommendations
Supporting the design or refinement of data management and governance structures (roles, ownership, processes, metrics)
Identifying automation and AI‑enabled improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives
Facilitating discussions and aligning stakeholders across business and IT
Producing structured documentation such as process flows, conceptual models and data‑related materials
Supporting change and adoption through communication, training and practical implementation guidance
Contributing to pre‑sales work, including preparing proposals and identifying opportunities within existing engagements
The position is based at Norrin’s Stockholm office and reports to the Managing Director Sweden.
Is This You?
You have a solid consulting background within data, analytics or AI and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders to bring structure and direction to complex or ambiguous situations. You take initiative, anticipate what is needed next and drive progress independently. You enjoy combining hands‑on problem‑solving with the ability to influence priorities and outcomes, and you are confident working with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience working with data governance, operating models or enterprise‑level transformation is valuable, as is familiarity with environments that require both analytical depth and practical implementation. You are motivated by impact, collaboration and the opportunity to contribute to the development of a growing advisory team. Finally, the role requires that you speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
From a personal perspective, you work in a professional and solution‑oriented manner, are adaptable in changing environments and bring a proactive mindset to your engagements. You collaborate well with others, communicate clearly and are comfortable challenging assumptions when needed to move work forward.
