You will be part of the Global IT Portfolio Management team at Epiroc, working at the intersection of business strategy, IT delivery, and value realization. In a global and collaborative environment, our team drives transparency, structure, and impact—ensuring that IT investments support long‑term business outcomes.
This role is central to how IT and business work together, and you will collaborate closely with IT delivery teams, project managers, work stream leaders, and senior stakeholders.
Your mission
As IT Portfolio Value Manager, you strengthen Epiroc’s ability to prioritize the right initiatives and ensure that value is realized end‑to‑end—from demand to delivery and long‑term business impact.
Your responsibilities include:
Establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving IT Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes, policies, and governance
Securing a transparent and robust prioritization process across demands, initiatives, projects, and programs
Ensuring clear IT ownership and accountability for initiatives and deliveries
Embedding value metrics throughout project and portfolio lifecycles
Following up on deliveries to ensure initiatives remain relevant and on track to deliver expected value
Educating teams and stakeholders in value realization and portfolio thinking
Supporting cross‑value‑stream coordination and proactive decision‑making
Developing templates, guidelines, and AI‑enabled solutions to ensure consistency and efficiency
Analyzing budgets, forecasts, actuals, and post‑calculations to support informed portfolio decisions
This role blends portfolio leadership, governance, change enablement, and hands‑on value management in a global IT context.
Location and other
This position is located in Örebro or Stockholm, Sweden.

Profile description:Your profile
You are structured, analytical, and collaborative, with a strong passion for turning strategy into measurable outcomes. You enjoy working across functions, influencing stakeholders, and continuously improving ways of working.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
Several years of experience from Project Portfolio Management, PMO, Value Management, or similar roles
Solid experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
A strong understanding of portfolio governance, value realization, and financial follow‑up
Experience with portfolio and project management tools
The ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Experience from roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead, and hands‑on exposure to SAFe and Jira, are considered strong advantages.
