We are looking for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated Tactical Procurement Professional within our IDM&S team who wants to make a real difference at Stena Line. In this role, you will be at the heart of our procurement activities, actively shaping how we work with suppliers and how we create value across the business. You`ll play a key role in driving cost efficiency, building strong and collaborative supplier relationships, and ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. For the right candidate, there are also opportunities to lead projects within direct materials.
 
Some of your key responsibilities:
Leading end-to-end sourcing projects, from requirement definition with stakeholders, to supplier selection and contract implementation
Drive key RFQs/RFPs
Managing Supplier Relationship
Performing Market Analysis
Reporting and Compliance

Qualifications:
Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Solid experience in leading sourcing projects and negotiating commercial contracts
Proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex supplier and internal stakeholder relationships
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
