About the Role
You will take a key role in strengthening observability and monitoring for business-critical workshop tools in a complex automotive environment. Here, monitoring is not just about dashboards and alerts. It is a central part of how incidents are detected early, investigated efficiently, and routed to the right team. You will work close to both support and development, with real influence over how visibility, reliability, and troubleshooting are improved across the service landscape.

Job DescriptionYou will own and improve dashboards, alarms, and monitoring for critical services in the workshop tool landscape.
You will drive improvements in observability, alerting, and logging from both a user and operational perspective.
You will use monitoring data and system insight to perform initial troubleshooting during incidents.
You will support major incident handling and help guide issues to the right development team.
You will collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders to improve monitoring quality and overall system reliability.
You will contribute to Root Cause Analysis and help turn findings into concrete follow-up improvements.
You will be part of a scheduled on-call rotation with 24/7 support coverage.
RequirementsExperience working with monitoring or observability for software services.
Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus.
Strong interest in IT, systems, and troubleshooting.
Ability to use monitoring and dashboards as a tool for initial incident investigation.
Experience working calmly and clearly during incidents.
A structured and curious approach to problem solving.
A strong sense of ownership and end-to-end accountability.
Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
Availability to participate in a scheduled on-call setup with 24/7 support.
Nice to haveKnowledge of vehicle electrical systems and embedded systems.
Software development experience.
