Product Manager – Grow with Us in an International Environment

Your Role
As a Product Manager, you will own a defined product area and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive development and deliver customer value. Acting as the link between R&D, marketing, and external partners, you’ll play a key role in shaping both product strategy and execution.
You will:
Lead the product development process and act as Product Owner toward development teams
Define and manage the product portfolio, strategy, and value proposition to ensure business success
Prioritize features and manage scope to meet project goals
Maintain key documentation such as roadmaps, backlogs, and high-level requirements
Identify customer needs through market research in collaboration with UX and Marketing
Drive new product initiatives based on insights, data, and existing ideas
Support internal teams and external partners with product expertise
Contribute to marketing materials and product launches
Oversee products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to continuous improvement

About You
You are an experienced professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’re comfortable working independently, navigating complexity, and making sound decisions that drive results.
Experience in clinical or anatomic pathology, as well as digital pathology, is highly desirable.
We believe you have:
A university degree (e.g., MSc) in marketing, medicine, technology, or a related field
Experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager
Strong ability to analyze, prioritize, and solve complex problems
A structured, proactive approach and confidence working across functions
Experience handling a wide range of technical or business challenges
The ability to plan and deliver work independently with high quality
Practical details:
Location: Lund, Sweden (HQ)
Reporting to: Director of Product Management
Travel: 30 days
