At Zenvo Automotive, we are looking for a skilled Carbon Laminator Technician to join our Hypercar production team. In this role, you will work with carbon fibre and composite components for some of the most extreme and exclusive vehicles in the world.
About the Role
As Carbon Laminator Technician, you will be responsible for lay-up, lamination, vacuum bagging, and finishing of carbon fibre components to meet both structural and cosmetic requirements for Zenvo vehicles.
You will work closely with production and development teams in a highly detail-oriented environment where precision and quality are essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing moulds and tools, including cleaning and release agents
Performing lay-up of dry fabric or prepreg according to work instructions
Vacuum bagging and supporting curing processes such as autoclave and oven curing
Demoulding, trimming, and finishing composite components
Inspecting parts visually and dimensionally and reporting defects
Following safety procedures related to resins, fibres, and chemicals
Supporting development of new composite processes and prototype part
Who You Are
You are detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about high-quality craftsmanship. You thrive in a production environment where precision and teamwork are key.
To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:
Experience or vocational training within composites manufacturing
Experience working with carbon fibre and vacuum bagging processes
Understanding of autoclave or curing processes
Good manual skills and process discipline
Ability to follow detailed lay-up instructions and technical documentation
Strong attention to cosmetic quality and finishing details
It is an advantage if you also have:
Experience from motorsport, automotive, marine, or aerospace industries
Experience from low-volume high-quality production environments

Founded in 2007 by two passionate car enthusiast. The name Zenvo comes from the combination of our two founders names. Built on the picturesque Danish island of Zealand, one hour south of Copenhagen Zenvo has been producing artisan hypercars for over 15 years.
Danish By Design
Chief designer Christian Brandt and his team take inspiration from the rich history of Danish design, thanks to the principles of masters like Arne Jacobsen that focus on the use of negative space.
Individuality
Completed in 2008, our first prototype would become the Zenvo ST1, a supercharged and turbocharged car that today sits proudly at the factory in Præstø where it was built. The next model was the TS1 that was powered by a twin supercharged V8. This in-house developed powertrain would become the heart of all Zenvo cars right up to the current Zenvo TSR-GT.
The Future
At the beginning of 2023 we publicly announced Aurora, a new chapter in the story of Zenvo Automotive. A V12 quad-turbocharged hypercar packaged in a sophisticated yet beautiful, carbon monocoque chassis. Just 100 Aurora models will be built and will mark the start of the future of Zenvo’s intentions as Denmark’s only hypercar brand.
