We are growing! We are now in the hunt for a Head of Sales within Senior Material to join our Sales team.

We work every day to electrify the world, for a greener future. Through a thin plastic film - more exactly a separator film - we make the lithium-ion battery durable and safe. It`s one of the key components for the optimal functioning of the battery.
We were founded in 2003, originating in the tech-hub city of Shenzhen, China. Our business activities have been based on innovation since the outset.
Since 2021 we have established an European headquarter in Eskilstuna, Sweden! Here we will have one of Europe’s most modern production plants that will be a major contributor in electrifying transportation. Job competence requirements
· Develop and execute Europe sales strategy aligned with global business objectives.
· Identify market opportunities and drive sustainable business growth.
· Define regional market priorities and customer development plans.
· Drive market penetration in lithium-ion battery, separator and related industries.
· Monitor market trends, customer dynamics and competitor activities.
· Responsible to build company’s marketing image according company’s strategy through industry associations, industry media, important customers, industry exhibitions, etc.
· Build and lead Europe sales organization.
· Define sales structure, roles and working processes.
· Lead talent development and succession planning.
· Drive high-performance culture and organization capability building.
· Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers, battery manufacturers, OEMs and industry partners.
· Lead key commercial negotiations including pricing strategy, framework agreements and strategic contracts.
· Ensure achievement of company KPIs and financial targets.
· Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance and Quality teams.
· Drive alignment between Europe commercial team and headquarters.
Job mandate
· Lead Europe commercial organization and business execution.
· Approve customer strategy and commercial priorities.
· Own Europe sales planning and resource allocation.
· Drive organization development and market expansion.
· Deliver Europe sales and profitability targets.
Job competence requirements
§ Minimum 8 years B2B industrial sales experience.
§ Minimum 5 years leadership experience.
§ Strong experience in lithium-ion battery materials, separator industry, battery industry, automotive industry or related industrial sectors.
§ Proven experience building and leading commercial organizations.
§ Demonstrated success in strategic account management and business growth.
§ Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
§ Strong leadership and organization development capability.
§ Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
§ Fluent English required, Chinese preferred, additional European languages are an advantage.
