Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Labor Standards Specialist, you support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the store labour standards model. Working closely with the Labor Standards Expert, you help ensure labour standards accurately reflect how work is performed in stores, enabling fair and data‑driven labour planning across store types, sizes and formats.
You will:
Support the update and maintenance of the labour standards model, ensuring time values and documentation are accurate and up to date
Help validate that task times reflect real store work by gathering market feedback and operational insights
Support documentation of methodologies, calculation logic and scaling rules in a clear and structured way
Assist in planning and conducting time studies and work measurements across front of house, back of house and omnichannel tasks
Gather, structure and summarise raw data to support validation, analysis and continuous improvement of labour standards
Support responses to market questions and feedback to improve usability and understanding of labour standards

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work closely with the Labour Standards Expert, Operations Development, Tech and Product teams, as well as global teams and Sales Markets. In this role, you support collaboration by collecting insights from the business and helping ensure labour standards remain accurate, relevant and easy to use.

WHO YOU ARE
You are a structured and detail‑oriented specialist with a strong interest in how work is measured, documented and improved in retail operations.
We are looking for people with:
Knowledge of work measurement, labour standards or workforce management
Experience from retail operations, process analysis or labour optimisation
Familiarity with workforce management or scheduling systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret productivity and time‑study data
High attention to detail and strong documentation and organisational skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
