About the Role
You will help develop assembly lines in an advanced robotics manufacturing environment, both in an existing factory and in a new production setup. The role combines hands-on support in daily operations with long-term improvements in methods, tools and ways of working. You will work closely with production engineering, line managers, technicians and operators to strengthen health and safety, quality and delivery performance. This is a strong opportunity for you if you want to influence how modern assembly processes are built and improved in a technically advanced setting.
Job DescriptionYou will develop and improve assembly methods, work instructions and PFMEA for the production environment.
You will support assembly lines in daily operations together with line technicians, operators and other support functions.
You will analyze production challenges and drive problem solving to improve health and safety, quality and delivery.
You will help ensure that the right tools and equipment are available at the right station or department.
You will take part in weekly follow-ups with line managers and support functions to move current activities and priorities forward.
RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience working as production engineer developing assembly factories
Master of Science within production engineering, supply chain or similar
Good knowledge in ERP systems
Good knowledge in Lean and World Class Manufacturing
