What you will do
As a Digital Product Owner, you will work closely with digital product managers, solution engineers, data analysts and stakeholders, to continuously improve our products and the user experience. You will take ownership of the digital product and as a champion of the product vision and your team, you will turn the roadmap into deliverables and secure the alignment with the overall product strategy and product vision. You are a member of a stable team and are responsible for managing the team backlog prioritization and delivery.
Together with your colleagues at VFS and in the broad cross-functional network at the Volvo Group, you will take responsibilities in the following areas:
• Support the stable team in creating product specifications in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria, to ensure the stable team have all required information to deliver the desired outcome.• Lead the product discovery process for assigned capabilities (including requirements gathering, design and scoping) in collaboration with the digital product manager, data analysts and engineers.• Assist the digital product area owner in ensuring that the product development backlog is properly organized, prioritized and kept up to date.• Contributed to the product vision, and champion this vision with stakeholders and the stable team.• Ensure that proper analytics, tracking and data collection mechanisms are in place to understand user behaviours and//or product performance.• Provide the necessary product support to the stable team as may be required to aid their delivery.• Work with other parts of the organization as and when necessary to ensure the expected outcomes are achieved and measured.• Owns team development to secure the team long and short-term plans for proper capacity and competence.• Continuously reviewing the live product to identify areas for improvement and any deviations from the expected experience.• Interact closely with business stakeholders, across multiple departments and countries

Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role include:
• Documented experience and implementation track record for Contract Management Solutions like Vienna, FIS, Sofico, Alfa, SAP, Charisma, Solifi, SBS or any others of relevance• Hands on experience with Banking or Financial Services Contract Lifecycle Management Platforms• Experience in leading a team and managing digital products, services and platforms• Experience leading a prioritized backlog• Knowledge of ITIL or IT Service Management Practises• Practical knowledge and experiencing using Agile methods• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• Strong structuring and organizing skills• Ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats using storytelling and logical arguments• Financial Services industry experience if favourable• Experience working in an agile set-up, using DevOps, Jira or similar• The skills to identify risks and impacts regarding the functional solution from a business analysis perspective to propose changes in business processes, IT implementations and/or operations when necessary• High Proficiency in English• A university degree in Computer Science. Systems Engineering, Business Analysis, Finance or equivalent and relevant experience• Availability to travel internationally
