Assignment Description
We are seeking an Operations and Project Coordinator
What You Will Work On
Plan and coordinate monthly Steering Committee meetings, including agenda preparation and logistics
Collect, consolidate, review, and finalize presentation materials
Organize meeting invitations and ensure smooth execution of formal sessions
Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items
Track follow-ups and ensure progress on agreed actions
Establish effective feedback loops and drive post-meeting execution
Strengthen collaboration between European teams and global headquarters (CTO Office)
Support and coordinate special projects, initiatives, and business-critical activities
Initiate and manage internal coordination to meet organizational requirements
Act as a proactive driver to move topics forward across teams and stakeholders
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum 5 years of experience within the automotive industry
Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
Solid project management and coordination capabilities
Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Structured, proactive, and self-driven approach
