Key Responsibilities

Create onboarding flows for new clients, partners, students, or corporate accounts

Track client goals, deliverables, risks, satisfaction, and next steps

Identify upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities

Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure clarity and execution visibility

Turn strong outcomes into:

Prevent churn by identifying issues early and acting proactively
